Information we receive
We receive only the information you choose to send, such as your name, contact information, county or city, requested service, preferred dates, and brief message. The website inquiry form prepares an email in your own email app; it does not submit or store your message on this website.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, review availability, coordinate intake, provide requested services, maintain required records, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell inquiry information or use it for third-party advertising.
Disclosure and confidentiality
Communications with a supervised visitation provider are not protected by confidential privilege. Information may be disclosed when required by law, court order, subpoena, mandated reporting duties, Child Protective Services, law enforcement, or another authorized request. Identifying information is handled with care and limited when appropriate.
Data minimization and security
Please do not include children's full names, confidential allegations, case numbers, court orders, addresses, medical details, or other sensitive case information in an initial inquiry. Instructions for transmitting necessary documents will be provided after initial contact. Access to service records is limited to authorized persons, and records are retained as required for service, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Service providers and required disclosures
Information may be processed by service providers that support website hosting, email delivery, communications, and recordkeeping, subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices. Information may also be provided to courts, attorneys, authorized agencies, law enforcement, Child Protective Services, or other recipients when required or authorized by a court order, subpoena, applicable law, mandated reporting duty, or written service terms.
Website technology and tracking
This website does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics, or cross-site behavioral tracking. Your browser may store only your English, Farsi, or Turkish language preference. The hosting provider may process limited technical logs necessary to deliver and protect the website. Because this site does not currently engage in cross-site tracking or sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not change the site's behavior. We do not authorize third parties to collect your activity across unrelated websites through this site.
Privacy requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided by emailing info@serenenestfvs.com. We may need to verify your identity. A request may be limited when information must be retained to comply with a court order, legal duty, safety obligation, service agreement, or recordkeeping requirement.
Policy changes
We may update this policy as services, legal requirements, or technology change. Material changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date above will be updated.
